In the Condominio is a large, modern and luxurious common area with pool, fitness area, sauna, whirlpool, tennis court, soccer field, children's playground, restaurant and of course a palm tree beach with sun beds and hammocks. For family and kite vacations the Condominio is perfectly located. Swim and kite right from the front door and make a downwinder to the beautiful lagoon of Cauipe. Park your car comfortably and safely directly at the Condominio.

Condomínio muito agradável, com todas as condições necessárias para passar uma semana incrível. A piscina é enorme, o ginásio é muito bem equipado e tem supermercado 24h com algumas coisas essenciais. O apartamento é muito confortável, bem equipado, com ar condicionado no quarto, e encontra-se a uma dezena de passos da praia. Anfitrião muito simpático e sempre disponível. Varanda incrível, internet rápida. O restaurante só estar aberto ao fim de semana, obriga a deslocar ao centro de Cumbuco para almoçar ou jantar. mas percebe-se que o fluxo de pessoas nesta maltura do ano não justifica ter o restaurante aberto durante a semana. Em relação ao apartamento, nada a apontar.

O apartamento é muito agradável, com AC nos 2 quartos, cozinha compacta mas bem equipada, lavadora de roupas e uma varanda muito agradável. o condomínio é bem completo e organizadon com piscina e academia, tem uma conveniência onde dá pra comprar vários dos itens necessário para os dias de estadia. A praia na frente não estava boa para banho, pois estava ventando bastante e o mar estava agitado. O espaço do condomínio na frente é, entretanto, muito organizado. Eu ficaria novamente, pois o local é muito confortável e seguro. Dá pra chegar ao centrinho rapidamente de carro.
